An oil as vigorous as the varieties of plants where it comes from. Our varieties of Frantoio and Moraiolo, from our ancient olive trees, are harvested during their better phase of maturation and at the earliest hours of the morning. The olives are placed in small ventilated containers and rigorously cold pressed with a mechanical process within a few hours.
