Mother's Day Choux


A selection of 9 choux and a small bottle of Carte D'or Drappier Champagne (200ml). The box comes nicely wrapped with ribbon and finished with a "Best Mum" tag! You can choose up to 3 different flavours!
The box contains:
  • 9 choux - up to 3 different flavours
  • Carte D'or Drappier Champagne - 200ml

Flavours:

  • Dark - choux pastry filled with vanilla homemade custard and covered with homemade chocolate sauce
  • Pistachio - choux pastry filled with Bronte pistachio custard. Topped with white melted chocolate and grated Pistachio nuts
  • White Nocciolino - choux pastry filled with Vanilla custard mixed with roasted hazelnut and topped with white melted chocolate and grated hazelnut
  • Dark Nocciolino - choux pastry filled with Chocolate custard mixed with roasted hazelnut and topped with dark chocolate sauce and grated hazelnut
  • Italian - choux pastry filled with whipped cream and covered with dark melted chocolate
  • Chantilly - choux pastry filled with chantilly cream and covered with icing sugar
  • Mochaccino - choux pastry filled with vanilla custard mixed with an Italian espresso and topped with organic cocoa powder
  • Lemon - choux pastry filled with our vanilla custard mixed with homemade lemon curd and topped with lemony icing sugar
  • Raspberry - choux pastry filled with vanilla custard mixed with organic dry raspberry
  • Blueberry - choux pastry filled with vanilla custard mixed with organic dry blueberry
  • Zabaione - choux pastry baked with sugar sprinkles on top and filled with a delicate zabaione cream made with marsala wine. Topped with icing sugar
  • Classic Panna - choux pastry baked with sugar sprinkles on top and filled with whipped cream
  • Chocolate Chantilly - choux pastry filled with a delicate chocolate chantilly cream and topped with icing sugar and organic cocoa powder
  • Classic Crema - choux pastry filled with homemade vanilla custard and topped with icing sugar
  • Triple chocolate - choux pastry filled with chocolate custard and topped with chocolate sauce and a button of white chocolate
