Carnival sweets are just one of the many traditions associated with the festive period that precedes Lent. Although nowadays carnival sweets have spread all over the world, the Italian tradition is the one that is expressed with the greatest wealth of ingredients and recipes.

Creating a good bread is not a simple thing, it requires knowledge of the raw materials, the mixing techniques, the leavening and maturation times, but above all it requires passion.
