Aimo and Nadia's Chef's Proposal (for 1 person):

  • Seared Catalan prawns with horseradish sauce -
    Heat the prawns (pack 1) in the oven at 200 ° C for 1 minute. Place the Catalan cream on the plate (pack 2), add the prawns and finally the croutons (pack 3).
    Ingredients: prawns, croutons, tomato, cucumbers, celery, potatoes, olives, capers, basil, yogurt, horseradish Allergens: cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, milk (including lactose), celery and related products
  • Burrata tortelli with asparagus, cherry tomatoes and anchovy bread -
    Cook the tortelli (conf. 1) in 3 l of boiling water with 20 g of salt. In a saucepan, melt the butter (pack 2) with the sage leaves. Heat the asparagus with the cherry tomatoes in a pan (pack 3). Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on the plate. Drain the tortelli, place them on the vegetables, add the previously melted butter and finally the anchovy bread. Don't fry the tortelli!

  • Hook-and-serve bonito with bird beans and cherry tomatoes -
