  • Tartlet : Crunchy shortbread biscuit filled with a soft pastry cream covered with blackberries and / or fresh raspberries.
  • Caprese : Enveloping slice of paradise with 70% dark chocolate with pieces of hazelnuts and almonds.
  • Sacher : Soft cocoa hazelnut biscuit alternated with a tasty apricot jam and finally glazed with dark chocolate
  • Montblanc : Base of crunchy meringue submerged in a soft chantilly cream and chestnut cream.
