Preparation's instruction: Open the packages and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes to a maximum of 750w; or heat at 120° C in a preheated fan assisted oven for 10 minutes. Stir well the celeriac puree and serve it as a side to the Beef cheek. Enjoy!

Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
