The Sbrisolona is a typical cake made with, almonds, flour and sugar that is characterized by crumble. The Sbrisolona is never cut with a knife but is broken with the hands.
It is also available with dark chocolate drops.

Ingredients:"Granulated sugar, BUTTER (contains MILK), soft WHEAT flour type “0”, maize flour, ALMONDS, white wine (contains SULFITES), lemon juice, salt, aroma. May contain traces of SOY, EGGS, SESAME SEEDS, NUTS."
