Considered, in the past, as "the Pinot noir of Lazio", the Cesanese di Affile excels in flavor: the gustatory analysis stands out hints of red fruit, with a clear hint of black cherry and cherry.
From its vinification, a classy red wine is obtained, whose power is combined with elegance and finesse, characteristics enhanced by a balanced aging in small barrels made with oak from the best forests of the central French massif.
