The soup is started with a leek base and then enriched with chestnuts. The bread crostini add a crunchy, textured note to the dish, which is traditionally served pipping hot in winter but only just warmed gently in all of the other three seasons.

Ingredients: Pumpkin 63% (origin: Italy), vegetable stock (water, carrots, onion, CELERY), potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, pealed chestnuts 1% (origin: Italy), leek, salt, black pepper.
Allergens: CELERY.
Preparation's instruction: Open the package and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750w; or heat at 120° C in a preheated fan assisted oven for 10 minutes and stir well before tasting Enjoy!

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
