This particularly tasty part of the animal is stuffed with a filling of dried apricots before being further flavoured with rosemary and white wine. Our recommendation is that this dish is accompanied by our Italian-style vegetable giardiniera. You won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients: Pork Collar: Pork 92% (origin: Germany), dried apricot 13% (origin: Turkey) (contains SULPHITES), white wine, (contains SULPHITES), extra virgin olive oil, salt. "Giardiniera": Vinegar, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, carrots, fennel, white wine (contains SULPHITES), cane sugar, chilli, oregano, salt.
Allergens: SULPHITES.
Preparation's instruction: Open the collar’s package and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750w; or heat at 120°C in a preheated fan assisted oven for 10 minutes. Serve with the garnish of “giardiniera” picked vegetables at room temperature. Enjoy!

To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
