    • Ingredients : Organic stone-ground soft wheat flour, butter, cream, eggs, instant yeast, sugar, banana, walnuts and nutmeg.

  • Vegan chocolate plumcake

    • Ingredients : Ingredients: soft wheat flour, cocoa, chocolate, brown sugar, seed oil, orange syrup, instant yeast, soy milk.

  • Apricot and lavender plumcake

    • Ingredients : Organic stone-ground soft wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, eggs, milk, cream, lavender, candied apricot, vanilla, instant yeast.

  • Gianduia and green anise plumcake

    • Ingredients : Organic stone-ground soft wheat flour, butter, cocoa, eggs, instant yeast, almond paste, green anise, gianduia

  • Pistachio and black cherry plumcake

    • Ingredients : Organic pistachio flour, almond flour, butter, eggs, instant yeast, sugar, vanilla, salt, cherries in syrup, chopped pistachios

In this restaurant, only rigorously organic high-quality flours selected from the most important producers are used; mother yeast and German fermentations for many types of bread; the flour grinding, in the final stages, is done in a mill inside the room. They work continuously to create an innovative laboratory, in which to experiment with new blends of flours and to bake breads that meet every need.
