Ingredients:
Sweet almond oil is renowned for its gentle action and has been used for centuries in the cosmetic field. It is well tolerated even by very sensitive skin and its fatty acids, similar to skin lipids, are easily absorbed and favour the formation of a natural protective layer that protects the skin against dehydration, leaving it soft and velvety.
Shea Butter moisturises, regenerates and protects the skin. It is rich in vitamins A and D that revitalise the skin, vitamin E with reoxygenating properties and vitamin F that improves skin elasticity. It improves local capillary circulation and increases oxygenation, eliminating metabolic waste. Antioxidant properties. Protects from UV-rays.
Cocoa Butter has nourishing and protective properties thanks to its fatty acids; it also contains polyphenols that fight free radicals, vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, phytosterols with anti-inflammatory and repairing action and squalene, one of the main components of sebum that keeps the most superficial layer of the epidermis hydrated, slowing down the evaporation of moisture.
Peony extract Peony has been used for many years by traditional Chinese medicine to increase the brightness of skin as it stimulates the skin’s surface microcirculation and restores a fresh and rosy complexion. Peony protects the skin against oxidative stress that damages the skin’s lipid components. Peony also has some anti-inflammatory properties.
Damask rose oil is a magical oil thanks to its powerful, floral, cocooning fragrance and it is also the ally of all skin types to prevent and fight the signs of ageing. Rose oil is rich in vitamin E, beta-carotene, fatty acids like omega 3 and 6; it deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin. Rose-based phytotherapy products are ideal for sensitive skin because they have a soothing effect and relieve the skin while repairing it. Their very rich composition also nourishes dehydrated skin and provides relief for atopic skin problems. Rose has healing properties and can be used to soothe skin that has been exposed to the sun, leaving it soft and smooth.
Brassica Campestris: Phytosterols stabilise the skin’s hydrolipidic film, providing effective soothing action even in the case of itchiness. They help the skin to fight environmental stress and free radicals. Brassica campestris has moisturising, regenerating and restructuring properties. PHYTOSOOTHE LS 9766, the phytosterols from Brassica Country have a calming effect and anti-inflammatory due to their ability to stabilize the cell membrane, an effect that is supported by clinical studies. It also reinforces the barrier skin function and perform repairing action, (a biomimetic effect due to their structural similarity with cholesterol) and they are therefore particularly suitable for the treatment of dry, irritated and sensitive skin. They reduce inflammation and after few moments of their application soothe the itching.
On Constitutional Dermatitis the 90% of subjects observed an improvement in the condition of the skin, and a reduction of itching.
