    Assam tea mousse, blueberry sponge, pistachio daquoise
  • Ingredients: Eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder,salt, cardamon, butter, Pistachio, blueberries, Milk, cream, beef gelatin, white chocolate, cocoa butter, assam tea, food color.

  • Yuzu
    Cheesecake mousse, yuzu curd, almond biscuit, almond shortbread
  • Ingredients: Eggs, butter, sugar, flour, almond, yuzu ,cream cheese, beef gelatin, cream, food color, neutral glaze, white chocolate.

  • Caramel
    Caramel mousse, Praline-coffee cake & salted milk chocolate cream
