  • Pan di Jelsi: "The Pan di Jelsi" is a sweetbread in zuccotto-shaped and made with hazelnuts and maize flour covered with cremino chocolate - 600g
    Store in a cool and dry place.
    Ingredients: fresh EGGS cat. A, sugar, WHEAT flour, margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower and shea), BUTTER, water, salt, lemon juice), BUTTER, WHEAT starch, maize flour 3%, skimmed MILK powder, HAZELNUTS 1%, emulsifier: E471, raising agents: E450, E500, salt, flavourings, preservative: E200. Angelica root wet liqueur 8%: (alcohol, sugar, natural flavors, Curcumin). HAZELNUT cream coating 19% (sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, coconut), HAZELNUTS 12%, skimmed MILK powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, SOY lecithin, flavorings).
  • Pan Delizia: Traditional sweet cake in zuccotto-shaped and made with almond flour and profumed with Angelica roots flavoured liqueur. It is covered with nuts taste chocolate - 550g

Angelica root wet liquor 8% : (alcohol, sugar, natural flavors, Curcumin). Hazelnut cream coating 19% (sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, coconut), 12% HAZELNUTS, skim MILK powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin, flavorings).
20 years after the initial idea and after having heard about for a long time, his children decide to realize this long-standing wish.
