This dish combines the traditional and classic ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. The octopus is slow cooked and accompanied with a saffron-scented, potato cream, alongside sun-dried tomatoes and Sicilian oregano. This represents the Mediterranean in one single dish.

Ingredients: Octopus: OCTOPUS (Octopus vulgaris) 72%, cherry tomatoes 27%, orange zest. Saffron potato cream: Potatoes 59%, vegetable stock (water, carrots, onion, CELERY), leek, extra virgin olive oil, salt, saffron 0,1%.
Allergens: MOLLUSCS, CELERY.
Preparation's instruction: Open both packages and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750w; or cook at 120°C in a preheated oven fan assisted for 10 minutes. Stir well the side dish of Saffron potato cream and serve as a side garnish. Enjoy!

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
