Nodini are available in two formats (50g and 100g) to satisfy every preference and need. They will be prepared and packaged in bags of different weight and will be delivered to you in their own brine, where they should be kept with no refrigeration required, if consumed on the same day of production, in order to maintain their original snowy appearance and taste.
