What's in the box:

• 2 250 ml mud tubes
• 4 disposable thongs
• cellophane sheets to wrap you up
• 1 pair of gloves to spread the mud

How to use:
Put your gloves on. Put on your thong. Spread the mud on the affected area, enough so that you don't see the skin in transparency. Wrap yourself in the cartene sheet in the package or, if you prefer, with cellophane. Hold on for at least 45 minutes and rinse with cold water. You can use Mad Mud up to 3 times a week, also based on the combination with any other products.
