Some details about Johnson Bros plates:
  • In the basket are included two plates of Johnson Bros Company founded in 1883 in Stoke on Trent which became immediately very famous for the quality of their ceramic and decorations. The pieces are now collectors' items. For example, one plate illustrates Boston Harbour at the end of the 18th c.
