A traditional Italian dish from the Emilia Romagna region, this Garganelli pasta is simplistic, wonderfully rich and completely full of flavour. In this version, the Garganelli are accompanied by a cherry tomato sauce, made by roasting them with aromatic herbs before being enriched with olives.
Ingredients: Garganelli: Garganello 60% (Durum WHEAT semolina (origin: EU) EGGS). Tomatoes and olives sauce: Tomatoes and olives sauce 40% (cherry tomatoes (origin: Italy), olives 26% (olives: origin: Greece), water, salt), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, thyme).
Allergens: GLUTEN, EGGS.
Preparation's instruction: Open the two packages and mix the Garganelli with the sauce in the big jar, then heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750w; or heat in a pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
