Charbonnel et Walker English Rose & Violet Creams
This unique fondant recipe is infused with attar of Roses and Violets (the essential oil extracted from the petals). Enrobed in our finest dark chocolate and entirely hand finished with crystallised Rose and Violet petals.
These chocolates are just as popular today and still made to Madame Charbonnel’s original and esteemed recipe.

Fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin)), sugar, water, glucose syrup, stabiliser (gum arabic), natural flower, natural flavourings, colours (beetroot red, cochineal indigo carmine), flavourings. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.

Milk and Soya. May also contain traces of Nuts and Gluten.
