This dish is inspired by "cuttlefish in zimino", a style of preparation typical of the Liguria region of Italy. Combining tomatoes and spinach, our version of this seafood dish represents everything that the Italian Riviera has to offer on one single plate.

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
