This dish is inspired by "cuttlefish in zimino", a style of preparation typical of the Liguria region of Italy. Combining tomatoes and spinach, our version of this seafood dish represents everything that the Italian Riviera has to offer on one single plate.
Ingredients: Cuttlefish 45% (CUTTLEFISH (origin: zone FAO 71 – indopacific region), salt), tomato sauce (origin: Italy) 28%, spinach leaves 11% (origin: Italy), extra virgin olive oil, onion, salt.
Allergens: MOLLUSCS.
Preparation's instruction: Put the jar in the microwave and heat up for 3 minutes at 750w; or heat up in a pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Net weight: 150g

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
The Delita experience is like a gourmet journey around Italy with every meal bringing to life locally inspired flavours!
Our dream is to share our passion for authentic, delicious and perfectly balanced Italian cuisine. Transparency and honesty are key, especially when it comes to the freshness of our food and ‘no additives’ approach to our products. We have the same belief when it comes to the quality and attention to detail that we put into our recipes, our commitment to sustainability and our attitude towards the environment. We want Delita to be good for people, their mind, body and soul, delivering joy, and supporting health and wellbeing for as many people as we possibly can.
