Fox Grape Compote - Deliciously sweet fox grape compote, from ancient vines

Peach and Mango Compote - For an energetic breakfast, our sweet peach and mango compote is particularly tasty in combination with creams, yogurt or ricotta. Also delicious when paired with panna cotta.

Fig Compote - Made with white figs from ancient trees

Pear and Vanilla Compote - This sweet compote with pear and vanilla is often used to stuff baked pastry, small pastries, and fried desserts. It goes well with dark chocolate and is excellent when eaten at breakfast spread on wholemeal rusks.

Apricot, Lemon, Thyme and Chamomile Compote - This sweet apricot and chamomile compote has a delicate flavour is ideal when combined with buns or for the filling of croissants. Excellent simply tasted alone or spread on brioche bread.

Blackberry and Strawberry Compote - Blackberries from ancient trees and strawberries harvested in open field.
