Panettone is the most famous Italian treat, originally from Milan, consumed during Christmas time all around the world. The traditional recipe for this delicacy includes raisins and canid orange zests. Nowadays we can find many different variation of it, we do also prepare it with Pears & Chocolate, Pistachio and Raisin & Candied Fruits. This version is made with candied pears, chocolate chips without raisin, naturally leavened with mother yeast. Prepared in Puglia, to showcase and offer the traditionality of our hometown Panettone.
