The dough of this delicious typical product of the Christmas period is obtained from over 36 hours of leavening which guarantees the quality, fragrance and digestibility of the product in full respect of the confectionery traditions of the master Nicola Fiasconaro.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, icing (11%) (sugar, fresh egg white, rice flour, apricot kernel flour, modified starch, flavourings, bitter cocoa), fresh eggs, chocolate chips (10%) (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), granulated sugar (3%), hazelnut paste (2%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange puree (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts.
