Filled with Parmigiano Reggiano, this Anolini pasta is simply stunning. Accompanied by a sauce which is prepared with sautéed artichokes, this dish dates back to 13th century and was rumoured to be the chosen dish of Italian royalty and even Popes before later becoming popular in households across the whole of Italy.

Ingredients: Cheese Anolini: Cheese Anolini EGG pasta 60% (filling 55% (Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (Origin: Italy) (MILK, salt, rennet), pasteurized EGG, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt), BUTTER, water, beef meat, CELERY, herbs and spices in variable proportion), EGG pasta 45% (WHEAT flour, pasteurized EGG, durum WHEAT flour, water, salt)) Aubergine sauce: Aubergine sauce 40% (tomato sauce 60%, aubergine 46% (origin: Italy), extra virgin olive oil, onions, salt, garlic, oregano, basil).
Allergens: MILK, GLUTEN, EGGS, CELERY.
Preparation's instruction:Open the two packages and mix the anolini with the sauce in the big jar, then heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750w; or heat in a pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
