A typical expression of the territory is the result of the pure vinification of the Affile Cesanese, the main autochthonous red berried grape of Lazio. Cesanese excels in flavor: the taste analysis reveals hints of red fruit, with a clear hint of black cherry and cherry. It goes very well with the second courses of Lazio cuisine.
