Their macaron flavours are inspired by and created using ingredients from across the UK. By using fruit, vegetables and herbs in season, and at their best, they strive to make macarons which taste great. They also take inspiration from the British event calendar, creating menus for Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Wimbledon and Frieze Art Fair amongst others. Flavours change once a month so there's always something new to try from cucumber to rhubarb, gooseberry to parsnip!
