  • Noisette - Low sponge cake with chocolate, crunchy with cereals, Bavarian hazelnut IGP from Piedmont with thin sheets of dark chocolate, dark chocolate mousse 68%. Cocoa glaze.
  • Marta - low chocolate sponge cake, milk chocolate crunchy and hazelnut praline, light mascarpone cream and restricted espresso coffee, mandarin jelly, dark chocolate mousse Guanaja 70% and Coeur de Guanaja 70%. Cocoa glaze.
  • Ispiration - savoiardo with mint and basil scent, milk chocolate and hazelnut praline brittle, salted almond cream, mandarin and basil jelly, white chocolate and raspberry mousse. White chocolate and raspberry glaze
  • Charlotte - a Savoyard wreath encloses a wet Savoyard base with a non-alcoholic vanilla bath, Chantilly cream and wild strawberries; covered with berries.
