This classic dish from the Emilia Romagna region, has got to be one of the world’s favourite Italian dishes. Layers of pasta alternating with perfectly seasoned, meat sauce, béchamel and Parmigiano Reggiano. In our lasagne, it’s slightly more decadent with the addition of mozzarella.

Ingredients: Meat sauce 55% (Beef18% (origin: EU), vegetable stock (water, carrots, onion, CELERY), red wine (CONTAINS SULPHITES), sausage (pork meat (origin: Italy), water, salt, pepper, sucrose, dextrose, aromas)). Tomato sauce, pork meat, carrots, onions, CELERY, dry boletus (dry boletus edulis mushrooms and relevant group), extra virgin olive oil, parsley, laurel, rosemary) bechamel % (MILK, BUTTER, DURUM WHEAT flour, salt, nutmeg) pasta (DURUM WHEAT flour, EGGS, water), mozzarella (MILK, MILKenzymes, salt, microbial rennet) parmigiano reggiano DOP 8% (MILK, salt, rennet).
Allergens: CELERY, SULPHITES, MILK, EGGS, GLUTEN.
Preparation's instruction: Open the package and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes to at 750w; or heat at 120° C in a preheated fan assisted oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Jar's opening instruction: You may find our jars are a bit difficult to open? That is a good sign! As you know our product don’t contain any preservative or additive. To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
