Bocconcini are small handmade balls of fresh, artisanal cow’s milk mozzarella fior di latte.
The box contains 2 bocconcini of 150gr each.

Bocconcini (150g each) will be prepared and packaged in bags of different weights and will be delivered to you in their own brine, where they should be kept, with no refrigeration required, if consumed on the same day of production, in order to maintain their original snowy appearance and taste.
