The bluefin tuna is among the many existing species of tuna, certainly the most prized and sought after.
Entirely hand-made within a few hours of the fishing trip, the Bluefin Tuna fillets in Armatore glass have a tasty and decisive taste.
There are many properties of Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna: thanks to a diet based mostly on the consumption of other blue fish, it is rich in fatty acids belonging to the Omega 3 family, especially of the EPA and DHA type, very important to counteract the bad cholesterol in the blood.
In addition, it is rich in thiamine, niacin, riboflavin and retinol, all water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins. Finally, another benefit not to be underestimated is the high iron content of Bluefin Tuna, which makes it a very important food to be included in a correct balanced diet.
Bluefin tuna fillets are particularly suitable for the preparation of appetizers, bruschetta and as a condiment for salads and pasta dishes.

The Red Tuna Ventresca is the most tender and valuable part of the Tuna, as it covers the sides and the abdominal cavities.
It is soft and delicate on the palate.
The Ventresca di Rosso Tuna is made up of very precious and very delicate fillets, preserved in olive oil. Its name derives from its origin, as it is obtained from the most noble part of bluefin tuna: that of the belly.
We are talking about a very particular and difficult to find cut, precisely because it can be obtained from a small portion of the Bluefin Tuna. We use the best techniques to ensure that the cut takes place in the best way, fundamental for obtaining the highest quality meat.
The special taste of Ventresca di Rosso Tuna and its particular softness derive from the abundance of lipids present in the meat, rich in Omega 3 and with numerous nutritional properties.

Bottarga of bluefin tuna is a typical delicacy of the Mediterranean Sea. Linked to tradition, we select only the best tuna to create a bottarga with a unique taste and according to the natural method.
The caviar of the Mediterranean produced by us comes from a classic process that respects the territory and the directives of the International Atlantic Tuna Conservation Commission.
The bluefin tuna eggs are taken and then pressed, salted and dried very slowly, in full protection of the species.
