Barbera d'Asti thanks to its extreme adaptability to the environment, is the most popular wine in Piedmont. Produced from Barbera grapes, it has an intense ruby red color and acquires brick-like reflections with aging. Intensely savory, full-bodied and sustained, it is refined over the years.
Uncork the bottle a few hours earlier. Serve at 18/20 degrees.
