Store in a refrigerator (+ 4 °) and consume within 48 hours of delivery. Leave the babà (pack 1) at room temperature for 20 minutes. Garnish with the cream (pack2).
Ingredients: flour, eggs, milk, butter, brewer's yeast, lemon, cornstarch, sugar, rum.
Allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk and related products.
