Aubergine Parmigiana is a "once eaten, never forgotten" dish and is ever present across the whole of Italy. Although many regions claim ownership of this famous dish, it’s become synonymous with the country itself and not just one single region. Our version of this dish has a Neapolitan flavour, featuring fior di latte mozzarella and it’s simply stunning.
Ingredients: Mozzarella (origin: Italy) (MILK, milk enzymes, salt, microbial rennet), courgettes, aubergine 25% (origin: Italy), tomato sauce, seed oil, parmigiano Reggiano 6% (cow’s MILK, salt, animal rennet), pecorino romano DOP (sheep MILK, salt, rennet), salt, oregano, basil, black pepper.
Allergens: MILK.
Preparation's instruction: Open the package and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750w; or heat at 120° C in a preheated fan assisted oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

To guarantee the maximum protection of the true freshness of our products, our jars are put under vacuum, therefore strongly sealed. If you cannot open easily, this is just a further positive sign of this freshness preservation.
Once taken out the jar from the box try to slightly unlock the cap. If it is hard to open, use a rounded kitchen tool, like the handle of a spoon, and make leverage under the cap. When you hear the noise of the air coming out, unscrew the cap, that will be now very easy to open!
