Eighteen different colors, which correspond to as many combinations of flavors, distinguish the exquisite meringues,
made with Italian almonds from Bari and Avola and stuffed with special creams: vanilla from the
Madagascar, organic Amalfi lemon, Saffron from L'Aquila, exotic fruits and milk chocolate,
rose blossom, strawberry, cherry, anise, blueberry, Garda extra virgin olive oil, pistachio from
Natural Bronte, PGI hazelnuts from the Langhe, caramel, Venezuela pure coffee, chocolate with
70% of the Caribbean, Martini Royale, created exclusively for Martini. The chromatic scale ranges
from white to black, passing through the range of yellows, reds, blues, greens and gods
brown.
