Apple pie is the grandmother's classic recipe, a simple and soft cake prepared with apples and with a few other simple ingredients. Antico Forno Roscioli makes a soft dough based on eggs, extra virgin olive oil, fresh milk and sugar. A recipe, filled with fresh apples, which has been repeated unchanged for 40 years, for a classic that is always current and appreciated.
Thanks to Marco's efforts on the field, two years ago Antico Forno Roscioli planted 50 pink apple trees from the Sibillini Mountains that are organically managed - slow food presidium at his company in the Marche region, with which for a short period of anno makes its own apple pies.
