Store in a refrigerator (+ 4 °) and consume within 48 hours of delivery. In a saucepan, bring the sauce to a boil (pack 1), dip the riccciola (pack 2) and cook for 2 minutes. Decorate with the first fruits of the garden (pack 3).
Ingredients: Amberjack, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, capers, oregano, broad beans and peas, salt.
