TOSI GORGONZOLA BAR

Born in the 60's by the patriarch, Santino Tosi; the Tosi cheese farm began production on the picturesque shores of Lago Maggiore in Piedmont. The family run cheese business grew steadily over the years and, 20 years later, the Tosi farm decided to focus purely on the production of Gorgonzola and on refining that process within their own cellar. Recently, Santino's daughter, Miranda, and son, Fabrizio, took over the reins of the family business, alongside Miranda's husband, Andrea. They produce an astounding 300 cheese wheels a day (all handmade). To this day, Tosi Caseificio remains one of the smallest manufacturers of Gorgonzola still working with traditional methods.
