Ô Craquelin Pâtisserie is a French cuisine inspired artisanal pastry business which was founded in 2015 in India by Ekta Gosain. Having trained at Le Cordon Bleu in New Zealand, Ekta decided to pursue her pastry dreams in London. We are delighted to offer her delicate creations to Londoners.

Identity

Ô Craquelin is an initiative to bring a modern twist to classic French and European desserts. They are an independent modern Pâtisserie located in heart of London, where their maître pâtissier is always inventing to bring something new and different to the pastry scene. As a Pastry Chef Entrepreneur, Ekta likes to bring innovation and contribute towards constantly evolving food culture. Ô Craquelin focuses on artisanal products, with an emphasis on innovation, bold and fresh and natural flavours.
