While life took me around the world and my career as an investment professional got me to experience food to extremes; from cold pizza at 3am to Michelin starred restaurants, my family has always managed to pull me back to my childhood home, memories and the wonderful Italian cooking I grew up with.
The UK is now my home. As a mother of twins living in Notting Hill, I wanted to bring them a world of authentic Italian food. There is no better city to do this in than London, a city of vibrant culinary traditions. In my opinion, London is the ultimate place for Italian cuisine outside of Italy. It is also the perfect location to marry the most delectable parts of my childhood with the availability of amazing local talent and ingredients.
