Multifaceted personality with a past as a photojournalist, after working in Rome, Porto Cervo and Java, Filippo La Mantia, chef from Palermo, opens his restaurant in Milan in 2015. Sicilian flavors and New York atmosphere in the beautiful restaurant in the Indipendenza area, an elegant and contemporary place that offers excellent cuisine and the feeling of being at home. The "landlord and cook", Palermo doc, brings us back with the flavor of his dishes, as if by magic, to his enchanting island. His is a Palermo cuisine at home, revisited, fresh and joyful, the result of a true sentimental relationship with his land and his culinary art. The total devotion to the origins of Sicilian cuisine also passes through the pastry shop, in fact it offers unmissable delights such as: cassata, cannoli, Mellone ice cream and sweet couscous.
