In the cellars of the Enoteca Ferrara there is a treasure: an invaluable breeding ground of tastes and flavors but also of traditions and wine techniques handed down for generations and always refined with time and the maturation of the wine. The rooms that once housed the convent of Sant'Eufemia are now dedicated to the care and conservation of the fine labels on the encyclopaedic wine list, offered both in the bar and in the bottle.
