Their story is intertwined with the history of the city and begins when Marco Roscioli takes over an ancient oven - whose original plant dates back to Rome in 1824 - to give his fellow citizens the best possible bread every day. Many years have passed and Anna, Pierluigi, Alessandro and Maria Elena have arrived at Antico Forno Roscioli. Their goals would certainly not be possible without two fundamental ingredients: tradition and evolution. The tradition is in the ingredients, the result of careful selection, and in the techniques that are handed down from generation to generation. Evolution because they have been able to renew the oven by adapting it to new technologies, and have always been able to offer mouth-watering news to their customers while maintaining their most famous products, savory and sweet, which they churn out every day to meet their requests.
